Munu Khamo aka Milo is a 17-year old rapper. He started rapping at the early age of 11. He is the youngest son of Rev. Vevozo Khamo. He took music training at Beautiful Feet Ministry, Dimapur, Nagaland. Growing up, rappers like Eminem and Lecrea had a huge impact on him.
He envisions a corrupt-free land and he believes that the rap music can be a positive contribution in the initiation for change in the Naga society. As a Christian, he feels that God has called him to be an agent of change to the world through his rap music. His debut music “Milo Naga” is one such born out of a strong desire to see change in Nagaland. “Rapping,” for Milo, “is a passion and not so much a fashion.”
During his free hours, he loves listening to music, helping in the household chores, internet browsing, exercising and playing basketball. He dreams of becoming a police officer (Lord willing, he added). He has performed extensively in Churches, schools and social gatherings.
