Muno Shiu is an aspiring artist from Dimapur, Nagaland. The younger of the two siblings, singing has always been his passion from an early age. He was actively involved performing in various shows and leading the worship team in the church to which he counts as his everlasting joy in serving the Lord.
Muno says he draws his inspirations from the bands such as “1975”, “Stryper”, “The Script” and Nagaland’s very own band “Incipit”.
The young passionate artist tries to experiment with a wide range of genres from pop, soft rock to indie rock and strongly believes that music can be a powerful medium to motivate and inspire the youths to live a meaningful life which is expressed in his debut single “Rise and Walk”.
His single “Rise and Walk”, recorded and produced at Jam Studio 11 is a message from 1 Timothy 4:12 which has been his driving force behind writing this song.
After successfully releasing his debut song, Muno came up with second single titled “My Love For You”, an experimental love ballad recorded at Tribe Music and Media Lab with with music arrangement by Alem Alia Jamir.
His third single “Like The Stars”, recorded at Black & White Studio is a song of dedicated for a beloved one, someone who made a meaningful presence during his stay.
‘Bloody Tuesday’ is a song inspired and written as tribute tribute to the Naga youths who lost their lives in the recent ULB uprising in Nagaland. The lyrics contributed by Puche Shiu speaks about the unfortunate incident in which the slain youths selflessly stood and their fond memories will be forever cherished. Recorded and mixed at Jam Studio 11. The song also features ALETHEA, a girl Band from Dimapur.
